Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 06/08/2026.
We at Grinning Co. are working to make our site Forward accessible to people with disabilities.
Our Commitment
Grinning Co. is committed to making Forward accessible to every student who wants to use it, regardless of disability, neurodivergent profile, or the assistive technology they rely on.
Accessibility is not an afterthought at Forward. It is part of how the platform was conceived and built. Forward was designed alongside specialists in neurodivergent career development, and the needs of students with ADHD, anxiety, learning differences, and other disabilities were considered at every stage of the product. Our goal is a platform that reduces friction, not one that adds it.
This statement explains what accessibility standards we aim to meet, what we have built into the platform to support accessible use, what limitations currently exist, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
The Students We Designed For
Forward serves students in their final year of high school and their first or second year of college.
This includes students who:
- live with ADHD, anxiety, dyslexia, autism, or other neurodivergent profiles;
- find open-ended platforms overwhelming and need clear, step-by-step guidance;
- experience career-related stress or low confidence that affects how they engage with technology;
- rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice input, or other assistive technology;
- need more time, simpler language, or a lower-pressure environment to engage productively.
Our platform design reflects these needs directly. Felix, our AI career guide, always leads the conversation so no student ever faces a blank page. The journey is broken into small, clearly defined steps. No scores, no rankings, and no gap analysis are shown before the student has a foundation in place. These are not just design preferences. They are deliberate responses to what research and our specialist advisors have told us about how students disengage.
